Important disclaimer

Please note: I am not qualified to advise on medical or any mental health matters. If you are struggling in these areas, I recommend consulting your GP or a qualified mental health professional.

All services, content and guidance provided by Danielle Fearon Coaching are for personal development, education and wellbeing purposes only and do not constitute therapy, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

1. About us

All services, products and content are operated by Danielle Fearon Coaching, a sole trader based in Bradford, BD2 1FP, United Kingdom.

We provide NLP and mindset coaching, personal development workshops, masterclasses, 1:1 coaching sessions and speaking engagements. We also offer digital products (downloadable guides, workbooks, courses, resources) and physical products (printed guides, workbooks and materials).

Contact email: admin@daniellefearoncoaching.com

By purchasing, booking, signing up in-person, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services and important disclaimer

All services, content, materials and guidance we provide are for personal development, education and wellbeing purposes only. They are not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have mental health concerns, medical conditions, or require professional therapeutic support, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

When you make a purchase or booking online, or sign up in-person at an event, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your booking. A legally binding contract between you and us is formed once payment is confirmed and we issue your booking confirmation or access details.

We aim to deliver services and content as described. However, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to content, timing, dates, speakers or format where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, while ensuring the overall value of the service remains the same.

Our services and store are open to individuals of all ages. Individuals under 18 years old may only book, attend or purchase services with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices shown are in Great British Pounds (£ GBP). As a sole trader not currently registered for VAT, prices shown are the total amount payable — NO additional VAT is charged.

Payment can be made securely via accepted methods including credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, or other payment providers we may use in future.

For card payments: these are processed securely via Stripe. We can see your name, contact details and address provided during checkout so we can process your order and deliver your service. However, we DO NOT see, store, or have access to your full card number, expiry date or security code — these are handled entirely and securely by Stripe, who are fully certified to industry security standards. By purchasing from us, you also agree to the relevant Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the payment provider used.

For bank transfer payments: we will provide you with our bank details and a reference to use so we can match your payment to your order. Funds must be received in full before your service or product is delivered. We will only use the details you provide to process your payment and confirm your booking.

Prices are correct at the time of publication, but may be updated or changed without notice. Any changes will not affect bookings or purchases already confirmed and paid for.

4. Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling

Statutory right to cancel (UK Law)

You have the right to cancel your booking or purchase within 14 calendar days of payment for a full refund — provided that the service, session, workshop or event has not yet taken place, and no digital materials or access have been supplied to you.

Once a service, session, workshop or event has started, or once digital materials, downloads or access have been made available to you, no refund is payable, as the service or product has been delivered and you have received the benefit of it.

Digital products

Our digital products (downloads, guides, courses, resources) are available for immediate access/download after purchase.

Because these are instant-access digital items, once access or download links have been sent to you, they cannot be returned or refunded, in line with UK consumer rights regulations — you acknowledge and agree to this before purchasing.

You are purchasing a licence to use the content for your own personal development — ownership remains with us. You may not copy, share, resell or distribute digital files.

Rescheduling policy (1:1 coaching)

If you need to reschedule your 1:1 coaching session, please notify us by email at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. We will offer one alternative date or time where possible, subject to availability.

Less than 48 hours' notice, failure to attend without notice, or cancellation after the session start time will result in the full booking fee being retained, as time has been reserved specifically for you.

Workshops, masterclasses and events

Tickets or bookings for workshops, masterclasses or events are non-refundable less than 14 days before the event date.

You may transfer your booking or ticket to another person if you can no longer attend, provided you notify us in advance with the new attendee's details so we can update our records.

Physical products

Our physical products such as printed guides, workbooks and resources are available to purchase now. Under UK consumer rights, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item to us, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Personalised items, or any sealed items that have been opened or unsealed after delivery, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately — we will arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover return postage costs.

For all other returns, you are responsible for the cost of postage to send the item back to us.

5. Conduct, confidentiality and results

We treat all information, conversations and details shared during coaching sessions, workshops, events or communications as strictly confidential. We will only disclose information if legally obliged to do so by a court or authority, or if we reasonably believe there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, and disclosure is necessary to protect safety. This is explained fully in our Privacy Policy.

When attending in-person or online events, you agree to respect the privacy, rights and wellbeing of other attendees. You may not record, copy, reproduce or share any content, conversations, personal details or materials from the event without our written permission and the permission of those involved.

Results, progress and outcomes from personal development, coaching or workshop work vary significantly between individuals depending on your own commitment, actions and circumstances. We do not guarantee, promise or imply any specific results, income or outcomes from our services.

6. Intellectual property

All content, materials, guides, videos, text, audio, designs, logos and resources provided by us or available in our store or website are the intellectual property of Danielle Fearon Coaching.

You are granted a limited licence to view, download and use materials only for your own personal use and development.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, share, sell, modify or use any of our content or materials for any commercial or public purpose without our prior written permission.

7. Liability

We take great care to provide high-quality, accurate and reliable services. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or disappointment arising from your use of our services, except where caused directly by our negligence or wilful default.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of income, loss of business, or loss of opportunity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. The version applicable to your purchase or booking will always be the one published in our store or on our website at the date of payment or booking.
