For years, I lived in survival mode - always bracing for the next disappointment, always carrying the quiet belief that "someone like me can't have that life."
Deep down, I felt not good enough. Unworthy. Like no matter what I did, I would always fall short.
And that belief became the lens I saw the entire world through.
It shaped the opportunities I thought were for "other people." It kept me in relationships and situations where I shrank myself down. It silenced my dreams because I believed it was safer not to want more than to want it and be disappointed.
No wonder nothing changed - the outside will always reflect the story you believe on the inside.
The moment everything cracked open
In 2018, I signed up for the London Marathon - something my old identity told me I wasn't capable of.
Crossing that finish line shattered the belief that I had to stay the same.
Because if I was wrong about this… what else had I been wrong about?
That was the moment I realised change was possible - but only if I stopped living on autopilot and started creating the version of me who could have the life I wanted.
I began noticing the patterns I'd been repeating - in relationships, work, and the way I showed up for myself. I saw how much of my life was shaped by old beliefs, emotions, and fears I didn't even know I was carrying.
The moment I asked myself "Who am I being? And who do I want to be?" everything began to shift.
Designing a new self
In 2020, I became a certified NLP & Mindset Coach and started studying neuroscience, subconscious reprogramming, and identity transformation.
I learned why willpower, affirmations, and "positive thinking" don't create lasting change — because your subconscious identity will always pull you back to who you believe you are.
To create a new life, you have to create a new self - unlearning the old programming, choosing a new identity, and embodying it now, not "someday."
I made meditation and mental rehearsal a daily non-negotiable. Because the brain doesn't know the difference between imagination and reality. What you mentally and emotionally rehearse, you begin to embody.
And it goes deeper than that. We don't just create from thought alone - we create from energy.
The emotions we live in every day carry a frequency that signals what we're available for. When we live in fear, unworthiness, or self-doubt, we keep recreating the same experiences.
But when we begin to change our inner state - our energy, our emotions, our identity - we shift into a new frequency.
And life responds.
Why I do this work
Today, my work blends neuroscience, subconscious reprogramming, identity transformation, and manifestation to help you:
- Unlearn the stories and beliefs keeping you stuck
- Bring awareness to who you've been - and choose who you want to be
- Rewire your mind, emotions, and self-concept for lasting change
- Embody the version of you who lives intentionally, unapologetically, and on purpose
- Shift your energy and frequency so life reflects the new you
Because when you change your identity - when you change the story you tell yourself about yourself - the outside world can't help but shift to match it.
