Cookie Policy
Last updated: 16 May 2026
What is a cookie?
A "cookie" is a piece of information that is stored on your computer's hard drive, and which records how
you move your way around a website so that, when you revisit that website, it can present tailored
options based on the information stored about your last visit. Cookies can also be used to analyse
traffic and for advertising and marketing purposes.
Cookies are used by nearly all websites and do not harm your system.
If you want to check or change what types of cookies you accept, this can usually be altered within your
browser settings. You can block cookies at any time by activating the setting on your browser that allows
you to refuse the setting of all or some cookies. However, if you use your browser settings to block all
cookies (including essential cookies) you may not be able to access all or parts of our site.
How do we use cookies?
We use cookies to track your use of our website. This enables us to understand how you use the site and
track any patterns with regards how you are using our website. This helps us to develop and improve our
website as well as products and/or services in response to what you might need or want.
Cookies are classified in two ways:
1. By how long they stay on your device:
- Session cookies: These are only stored on your computer during your web session and
are automatically deleted when you close your browser – they usually store an anonymous session
ID allowing you to browse a website without having to log in to each page but they do not collect any
personal data from your computer.
- Persistent cookies: A persistent cookie is stored as a file on your computer, and it
remains there when you close your web browser. The cookie can be read by the website that created it
when you visit that website again. We use persistent cookies for Google Analytics.
2. By what they are used for:
- Strictly necessary cookies: These cookies are essential to enable you to use the
website effectively, such as when buying a product and/or service, and therefore cannot be turned
off. Without these cookies, the services available to you on our website cannot be provided. These
cookies do not gather information about you that could be used for marketing or remembering where you
have been on the internet.
- Performance cookies: These cookies enable us to monitor and improve the performance
of our website. For example, they allow us to count visits, identify traffic sources and see which
parts of the site are most popular.
- Functionality cookies: These cookies allow our website to remember choices you make
and provide enhanced features. For instance, we may be able to provide you with news or updates
relevant to the services you use. They may also be used to provide services you have requested such
as viewing a video or commenting on a blog. The information these cookies collect is usually
anonymised.
- Marketing / Targeting cookies: We do NOT use advertising cookies, retargeting
cookies, or share data with third-party advertisers.
Managing your cookies
You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies
may negatively impact your user experience and parts of this website may no longer be fully
accessible.
You can find out more about how to control, disable or delete cookies at:
www.allaboutcookies.org
Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology or legal requirements. Please
check back periodically to stay informed.
Third-Party Links
This website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links
or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not
control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave
our website, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.
International Transfers of Your Data
We work with trusted companies to help run our business. These include: Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly,
Stripe, Mailchimp, Kajabi, ConvertKit, Dropbox, Canva.
From time to time, we may also use other similar trusted providers to deliver our services.
Some of these companies store or process your information outside the United Kingdom — for example,
in the USA or other countries.
We only work with providers we believe keep your data safe and meet UK privacy laws. When your information
is sent outside the UK, we take suitable steps to make sure your privacy remains protected.
Age Restriction
Our services, website, and programmes are intended for individuals aged 16 years and over.
We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 16 unless explicit
consent and verification has been provided by a parent or legal guardian.
If you are aged between 16 and 18 years old, you may use our services and provide personal data only if
you confirm that your parent or guardian is aware of and agrees to your use of our services and this
Privacy Policy.
If we learn we have collected or processed personal information from anyone under 16 years old without the
required parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information and cease any
services.
Sharing and Disclosure of Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties.
We may share data only in the following situations:
- With Service Providers: Trusted partners who assist us in operating our website,
conducting our business, or providing services (e.g. payment processors, IT support, email
platforms). All are bound by strict confidentiality and legal data protection obligations.
- For Legal Requirements: Where required by law, court order, or government authority;
to protect our rights, property, or safety; or to prevent fraud or illegal activity.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
— we will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy
policy.
Payment Processing
Payments for services are handled securely by Stripe.
We can see your name, contact details and address provided during checkout so we can process your order
and deliver your service.
However, we do NOT see, store, or have access to your full card number, expiry date or security code
— these are handled entirely and securely by Stripe, who process it securely under their own
privacy policy and PCI-DSS security standards.
You can view Stripe's privacy policy here:

Data Retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for,
including:
- Financial/booking records: 7 years (required by tax law)
- Session notes, emails, homework and service records: kept securely for up to 3 years
after our work together ends. This helps us keep accurate records, support you if you return in
future, and comply with legal requirements. After this time, data is securely deleted or
anonymised.
- Marketing data: kept until you unsubscribe or request removal
- Analytics data: anonymised after 12 months
